Golf - Las Vegas Competition

• Entrants must be a green fee paying player at The Vines Resort & Country Club from 26th December 2009 until 31st March 2010 to be elgible for the prize.
• All fields on the entry form must be complete to be eligible for the prize.
• Winner will be notified via email with the prize draw taking place at the resort on Friday 2nd April 2010.
• Taxes are included in the prize and must be taken during low season (1 feb to 31 march or 1 Nov to 9 Dec). Hotel transfers are not included or organised.
• Prize not redeemable for cash or transferable.
• Maximum of one entry form per person, per day.
• Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Resort are ineligible to enter.
• Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
• The name of the winner will be published on the Vines website on Monday 5th April for one week.
• Prize winner will be subject to USA entry requirements. If the winner does not meet these requirements, a re-draw will occur until this is met.
• Prize consists of: return flights from Perth to Las Vegas for two people including airport taxes, 5 nights accommodation twin share at Planet Hollywood, two people 18 holes of golf at bali hai golf course (hire clubs not included). Prize is valued at $8000.
• Unless otherwise stated, the winner of the prize (and traveling companion if applicable) are responsibly for all other expenses including spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, mini bar, laundry charges, room service, phone calls, insurance, incidentials, other activies not stated and all other ancillary costs.
• All travel, accommodation, event and prizes must be taken within 12 months from draw date. Flights acommodation and activies are subject to availability at the time of booking, are non-transferable and cnnot be exchanged for other destinations. If the winner wishes to extend their trip they will be able to do so at their own expense.
• It is the winners responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation including identification, passport, visas which meet the requirements of government authorities at the destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travellers.
• The winner is also responsible for ensuring that they have travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner.
• The management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• All entries become property of The Vines Resort & Country Club and will be used solely for marketing. All personal details will be stored electronically at the Resort. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed at the Resort.
