Novotel Vines Resort will soon be recruiting for the upcoming peak season. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals committed to service excellence. We will be looking at recruiting for the following positions:
Food and Beverage Attendants - If you consider yourself a “foodie” this is the role for you, the role is to assist our guests with selecting delectable delights from one of our menus. It’s all about making sure our guests leave wanting to come back for seconds! Whether it be our a la carte restaurant, serving a bride and groom or working a busy Friday night in the Café no two days are the same so expect variety.
Chefs – Leave the master chef amateurs behind and show us your professional creative skills. If you love everything food and would like an environment that offers input into menu creation this is the role for you.
Guest Service Agents – You are responsible for the warmest welcome as you’re the first point of contact for our guest’s, your role involves checking in and checking out but most importantly knowing our Resort and making our guests feel at home. Expect to be required to go the extra mile in this challenging yet rewarding role.
Room Attendants – Attention to detail is imperative in this role ensuring that everything is in order and has a place is a must.
Pro Shop Assistants - Golf enthusiasts needed to join our golf and sports department. You will assist in dealing with our members on a regular basis as well as hotel guests and corporate clients. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
We are also looking at Food and Beverage and Rooms Division Traineeships for those wanting to create a lasting career in the Hospitality Industry.
Ultimately we are looking for passionate and driven individuals wanting to go the extra mile for our guests coupled with the desire to become part of our team. Ideally you will love the interaction with a variety of different people you will have an interest in developing a lasting career, the possibilities are endless.
Flexibility is required with these roles with a diverse number of shifts available weekend and night shifts are involved don’t forget we look after the people that are on holiday that’s not to say it’s not fun doing it.

Green keepers / Grounds person
We are currently looking for 2 reliable full time green keepers or green keeping assistants to join our team entry level candidates will be considered as full training is provided. In this active role you will be responsible for the upkeep of two world class golf courses under the guidance of our Green keeping Superintendant.

Food and Beverage Supervisor
We currently have an opportunity for a motivated, organized individual to oversee the busy Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast shift.
